Ride data and sync fixes

Fixed

• Garmin rides could appear more than once in History.

• Some Garmin rides showed incorrect distance and average speed.

• Deleted rides could return after a sync.

• The "What were you going for?" prompt reappeared on rides that already had a declared target.

• The compliant-days count did not always update after a ride. The label now reads days, not rides.

• During onboarding, the app was briefly visible behind the Garmin connection screen.

• Help Center, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links in Settings did not open.

Improved

• Settings now has one Connected Apps row. The Connected Apps screen shows Garmin and Apple Health status in one place.

• Apple Health now reads "Authorized" rather than "Connected". iOS does not tell apps when Health access is revoked, so Klizmo cannot detect it.
