Klizmo is live

Klizmo scores how closely you rode the target you set. Declare a power zone or load a structured workout on your Garmin, ride, and Klizmo returns a Discipline Score.

What's in this release

  • Discipline Score. Each ride with a declared target gets a score from 0 to 100. Time inside your target counts. Time outside it registers as a violation once it lasts 30 seconds. Coasting below 20W is excluded.

  • No target, no score. Rides without a declared target show — instead of a number. Klizmo does not guess what you meant to do.

  • Garmin auto-sync. Connect Garmin once. Rides arrive in Klizmo after they upload to Garmin Connect, with structured workout targets read from the ride file.

  • Ride detail. Execution Blocks, Zones, Ride Flags, Execution Shape, Power Analytics and Peak Power Curve on every scored ride.

  • Execution Log. Tag a ride with context such as Fatigue, Heat or Poor warmup. Tags sit beside the score. They do not change it.

  • Execution Signature. After 10 scored rides, a pattern view shows compliance by zone, where in a ride violations occur, and how conditions line up with results.

  • The Board. A weekly ranking by Discipline Score inside Clubs and Squads you create or join with an invite code.

  • Compliant days. Consecutive days with a compliant ride are counted. Your longest run is recorded separately.

Pricing. Klizmo is a subscription. Your first 5 rides are scored free.

Requires iOS 17 or later.

Matched Rides

Rides on the same route with the same declared target are now grouped together on Ride Detail. Each attempt shows its Discipline Score, so you can compare how you executed the same effort over time.

A ride only matches when both the route and the target agree. A recovery ride and a threshold ride on the same road are not compared.
